Within a few days our matching engine proposes a compatible community. You attend a virtual session to meet the other members, then a site visit for projects you like. Only when you feel comfortable do you commit and sign an agreement.

Costs depend on the project, location, and unit size. During intake you share your budget range and we only match you to projects within it. There are no fees to join or be matched — you only commit financially once you sign up for a specific community.

No deposit is needed to be matched or attend virtual sessions. A reservation deposit is only requested after you decide to commit to a specific project, and the amount varies by project.
